RMSI provides emergent medevac services in support of civilian, governmental and inter-governmental entities across a number of challenging countries.   Although RMSI specializes in air rescue services in hostile countries, these services are available in all regions.

Fully integrated services ensure every phase of the patient’s journey is monitored and managed via the 24-hour Operations Support Centre.  Deployed with the highest caliber of ICU trained medical staff and equipment, our aircrafts can be dispatched within 3 hours to safely transport patients to the key definitive care location (Dubai, UAE).
